How We Work
We work with you to understand your current financial situation and requirements, so that we can identify the very best deal for you.

We will provide you with product information to meet your needs.

We will make sure you fully understand everything and are 100% happy with the solution. At any time we can look at additional options to ensure the product continues to meet your needs.

We will send the application form to you and once completed we will forward it to the Lender / Insurance Company with any required documentation (for example as part of the Money Laundering Act we will need to confirm your identity and address).

We will follow your application through to completion, keeping you advised of progress at all times. We will work with your Estate Agent and Lawyers and ensure that all parties are kept up to date.

Finally we will advise you of the completion date.
